Connect your community with Hero

1. Ensure your contacts are set up correctly
   • Check your caregiver access list in List Builder > Pre-made Lists > Caregiver User accounts
   • Update caregiver email addresses and ensure access to Hero is turned on - see Help article More...
   • You may find you have duplicate records for contacts (one with an email address and one without) - see help article More...
   • Please contact the helpdesk for further support with connecting specific contacts.
2. Help ensure that notifications are being received
   • Use post analysis to check for parents not receiving notifications and not able to log in
   • Remind your parents of how they can select the method they wish to receive notifications (in-app, email) with the following message.

Prepare a place for students to share their learning in line with your school’s curriculum

1. Set up a ‘Home Learning’ page or pages to which students can post.
